Embroidery Placement Pricing

Per-piece price for embroidery at each placement on the garment. Add placements to combine (left chest + sleeve = $20). Pricing assumes a design under 10,000 stitches.

Stitch Count Add-Ons

Most left-chest logos fit under 10,000 stitches and have no add-on. Dense full-back designs, photo-realistic art, and large lettering can push stitch count higher and incur a small per-piece surcharge.

Custom Patches

Fully embroidered custom patches in any shape. Standard sizes priced below - custom shapes (rocker, shield, die-cut) are quoted per piece. Sew-on backing is included.

Same per-placement rates apply to every piece - discounts stack on top based on order quantity of identical decoration. Mixed-decoration orders (different logos or placements) are quoted as separate tiers.

Garments & Blanks

The placement pricing above is for embroidery only. You have two options for the garment itself:

Supply your own - bring or ship us garments and we embroider them. No upcharge.
We supply blanks - we can source Carhartt, Port Authority, Nike, Under Armour, Richardson, Yupoong, and more. Blank cost varies by brand and style and is added on top of the placement price.

Tell us what brand and style you want and we will quote the blank and decoration together.

Pricing Questions

Why is digitizing $125?

Digitizing is hand work by a trained stitch-file specialist - typically 1 to 3 hours of focused labor per logo. Auto-digitizing software exists but produces stitch files that look amateur. The flat $125 covers our time, three rounds of revisions, and the file ownership transfer. Free on orders over $150.

Are there setup fees?

No. The placement price is the price. The only one-time charge is digitizing on brand-new logos ($125, waived on $150+ orders). No per-color fees, no screen fees, no hooping fees.

Is shipping included?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Local pickup at our Huntington shop is always free.

Do you match competitor prices?

We will look at any legitimate written quote from a comparable shop and tell you straight whether we can match it. We do not chase the cheapest auto-digitized embroidery on the internet - those jobs do not look like our jobs.

Can I get a written quote?

Yes. Send your artwork, garment type, quantity, and placements to [email protected] and we will reply with a written quote, usually same day.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover) via Square. ACH and check for accounts on terms. Net 30 available for established commercial customers.
