From there we cover the entire Island: Nassau County to the west, Suffolk County straight east through Brookhaven and Islip, the North Shore harbor towns from Port Washington to Port Jefferson, the South Shore from Long Beach to Babylon to Patchogue, and the East End out through Riverhead, Southampton, and East Hampton.
We are deliberately based on Long Island instead of in Queens or Manhattan because our customers are here. We confirm placement, size, and thread colors and run a digitizing check on the artwork. If your logo has not been digitized yet, we build the stitch file - $125 flat, free on orders over $150. You see a live embroidery preview before the machine runs anything, so the stitched garment matches expectations.
For most Long Island orders we turn the work within 5 to 10 business days from approval to ready. Same-day is available for small orders with existing files when machine time allows. Yes. EmbroideryLI is based in Huntington and serves every town across Nassau and Suffolk Counties, from Great Neck to Montauk. Local clients drop off at our Main Street shop, mid-Island clients usually mail in or use a courier, and East End clients tend to ship both ways for convenience.
How far is your shop from Nassau County customers?
Our Huntington shop sits right on the Nassau-Suffolk border via Route 25A and the Northern State. Drive time from Garden City is roughly 40 minutes, Mineola is 35, and Massapequa is 35-40 depending on traffic. Most Nassau customers find it faster to ship or schedule a pickup than fight the LIE.
Can I drop off garments at your Huntington shop?
Absolutely. Drop offs are welcome Monday through Friday 8am-6pm and Saturday 9am-3pm at 205 E Main St, Ste 2-1, Huntington, NY 11743. Park on Main Street or in the municipal lot behind the building. We will log your garments, confirm placement and thread colors, and call you when the order is ready.
Do you offer same-day embroidery on Long Island?
Same-day turnaround is available on small orders when your design is already digitized and we have machine time open. Hats, single polos, and small patches are the most common same-day jobs. Call (631) 458-3842 before you head over so we can confirm the schedule.
What is the minimum order for Long Island embroidery?
There is no minimum. We embroider one piece the same way we embroider one hundred. Pricing is per-placement, so a single left chest logo costs the same per piece whether you order one polo or fifty.
Do you deliver embroidery on Long Island?
For larger orders within roughly 30 minutes of Huntington, we can arrange local delivery or schedule a pickup window. For East End and South Shore orders, we typically ship via UPS Ground with tracking. Shipping is quoted at cost.
Can I see my logo as embroidery before I commit?
