Common Placements & Designs

For varsity jackets, the standard layout is a chenille letter on the left chest, the student name embroidered above the letter, and sport or activity patches on the right chest and sleeves. We coordinate with the jacket supplier (Holloway, DeLong, Augusta) on placement to match school tradition.

For staff polos and team gear, left chest school mark is standard. For spirit hoodies sold at games, full-front school name or center-chest crest reads better in the bleachers. For graduation gift items, we run name personalization plus class year on the right chest or center.

School-Specific Considerations

Volume programs are a fact of life in schools. A single spirit night order can run hundreds of pieces. Sport season orders rotate four times a year. PTA fundraisers spike around holidays. We plan production around your calendar - tell us when the order needs to land and we will work backwards to the deadline.

District procurement is also a fact of life. We handle school district POs, net-30 billing, vendor onboarding packets, W-9 requests, and insurance certificates routinely. For bid-required orders we will respond on your district's bid form.

Left chest embroidery on staff polos and team gear starts at $10. Custom embroidered patches run $12 to $22 depending on size. Chenille letters are quoted by size and color.
